The Initial Intervention follows: - Understand. - Triage. - Stabilise where appropriate. - Define Recovery Path. Significant components may be assessed as: - Keep. - Repair. - Replace. - Redesign. - Investigate further. The client receives a clearer understanding of the system, relevant architecture and dependencies, verified facts and important unknowns, prioritised risks and failures, component-level recovery decisions, stabilisation findings where relevant, an ordered recovery path, and practical technical handover material. The Initial Intervention is useful as a standalone engagement. Subsequent Salvage & Recovery and Ongoing Managed Delivery are optional. The client owns the Initial Intervention outputs and may use them with Epistudious or another capable team. Salvaging AI is intended for existing systems with real value where understanding or control has deteriorated.
